What I liked
My Father was addmitted 26th March, did not see a member of stroke team till the following Thursay, today is 7th April and after complaint after complait now something is being done by the doctors, who in my opinion do not get off there backsides and follow anything through, very good at saying things not good at doing, wake up patents are persons not numbers,but unlike numbers patents have feelings and need action,not words. Nursing staff are great its time they where listen to, come on you managers get on the wards talk to nursing staff and find out what's going on in our hospital. not a happy family
What could be improved
Talk to patents on all the wards and nursing staff above all listen to what is being said,
Anything else?
Yes its a good job you have such good nurses as we would be taking our dad home.
