"Late night emergency frightening experience."

I rang 111 and was immediately given positive reassuring assistance. Within minutes I received a cheerful supportive and so reassuring call politely asking me to attend a special GP clinic at East Surrey Hospital. My caller greeted me by name on my arrival and assured me that I would be seen by a GP very shortly. Within less than ten minutes I had my condition diagnosed and given the antibiotics to treat my condition. I left ESH feeling reassured and very very fortunate to have received such professional caring first class treatment by such impressive people doing a difficult job with poise and much more importantly, as truly caring individuals who functioned as a great team. Thank you. I was in pain and very frightened. I could not have been in better hands. Our local NHS is in great hands!!!
