"Excellent service in minor injuries unit"

I Was seen by a member of staff this afternoon regarding an injury to my ankle.

I'm pleased to say the quality and thoroughness of the service was excellent.

I had been treat at the Cramlington A&E department a week earlier with the same injury and had received very poor service.

This member of staff checked my X-rays, prescribed extra medication, showed me how to use crutches, advised physiotherapy and gave me advice on treatment all extremely helpful.
