About: Heartlands Hospital / Maternity

Just wanted to say thank you to the entire team at BHH Maternity Unit. I was admitted on 31/8/2016 for an elective ceaserian. The doctors and nurses were brilliant, kept me informed through every step of the process. I would also like to thank the Ceder Team, midwifes and entire staff for helping me take care of my little one.

Firstly may I congratulate you on the safe arrival of your baby. Thank you for providing your feedback regarding your elective caesarean section at Heartlands Hospital's Princess of Wales Maternity Unit. I am so pleased to read that you felt that Doctors and Nurses were brilliant and ensured you were kept well informed at every step of the process.

I will be delighted to ensure that your feedback is highlighted to our Lead Midwife for Patient Experience, who will communicate and share your feedback with all of the Midwifery Team and Clinicians at Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust. The team work very hard to ensure a positive patient experience in often difficult circumstances and under great pressure. Feedback such as yours gives our staff a great boost!

Again, my congratulations on the birth of your baby, I'm sure life has become very busy!
