"Amazing service, wonderful staff"

I just wanted to say thank you to all of the staff on B11 at new cross. When my mum was admitted to the ward she was so confused and unwell. You let me stay with her while during this time and made me welcome. It was such a dark time for our family but the nursing staff and patients were so kind, although you were busy i knew she was in safe hands. I think it takes a special kind of person to work on B11 and that is what you all are. Now mum is an out patient the follow up has been fantastic and mum continues to progress well. Her Consultant is amazing. We are blessed to have them. They go above and beyond to help mum feel at ease and their work is thorough and effective. We could not be more grateful.
