thank you for your comments regarding your stay on Ward 14s at Solihull Hospital.

I'm so pleased that your experience was positive, and you found all of the staff who looked after you to be outstanding.

I will ensure that your comments are highlighted to the Ward Manager and Matron for Ward 14 who will communicate your feedback to all of the team who work hard to provide a positive patient experience in often difficult circumstances. Feedback such as yours give our staff a great boost!
