"Amazing Service and Care"

I injured myself while on holiday here from Canada. As a British citizen I want to express my extreme gratitude for the amazing care at the fracture clinic. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and then met the orthopedic doctor who explained my injury and how to treat it. I felt completely involved in the decision making and was very impressed by the level of care that was given. My nurse was so lovely and gentle while redressing the wound and it felt like I was part of the family. Thank you so much to all the staff and anyone that complains about the NHS has no idea how lucky they really are. I would have had to pay through the nose for the same care in Canada.
