"Knee surgery"

I was treated with dignity and empathy from the beginning .each step was explained and I was asked if I had any questions. All the staff were kind and informative. Nothing was too much trouble. The surgeon came to see me before the operation and explained exactly what it would entail and any risks that there might be. I am hoping to have my other knee done at this hospital
