"Anticoagulation clinic/Blood test department"

I would like to thank the nurse taking blood and the Anticoagulation department for their help and assistance on 9th September, 2016.

My mother is staying with me and her blood had thinned quite drastically over the last week, she was told to stay off her medication and get re-tested today.

Unfortunately we did not have any paperwork but the staff in both the blood testing department and the INR clinic were extremely helpful and took the blood sample and provided test results extremely quickly enabling us to manage my mothers' warfarin requirements.
