"Excellent in every way!"

About: Bmi - The South Cheshire Private Hospital

I attended here on Wednesday 7th September for a camera up and a possible fistula removed. I was very nervous due to suffering with anxiety- I was having hot flushes, feeling sick, shaking, upset and scared out my wits but the staff were all extremely helpful and welcoming they made me feel really comfortable and put me at ease. The rooms and facilities were spotless and nothing was a problem or an issue. My partner stayed with me all the time o was there and they'd make him cups of coffee- it was like being in a hotel and having room service- nothing was too much trouble. They were fantastic. With it being my bowels I was slightly embarrassed and all the staff treated me with dignity and respect. When I was my time to go to theatre I was a nervous wreck- the first time having anaesthetic- but the nurse walked me all the way down and held my hand and everyone chatted to me explain what was happening and asking how I'm feeling- it was like I gained new friends and felt so relaxed and comfortable. After I came round everyone was so nice and sat with me until I went back to my room. The surgeon even came to see me afterwards to explain what he'd done and to check if I was okay. I can honestly say I don't know what I was so worried or upset about- these people are fabulous! They all deserve a big well done! And hats off to you because I wouldn't be able to do your jobs- your all fantastic! Keep up the good work ?? I will Definately be recommending you! Xx
