My dad has a rare dementia and was brought in after falling ten feet from a balcony. He was treated with such care as he can be very demanding. All the staff always have a smile on their faces and never snap at him when he asks the same question for the tenth time. Keep doing a great job. Jubilee Wing ward 22.
