About: Royal Free Hospital / Plastic surgery

My sons surgery was cancelled at 5pm the evening before his admission, without prior warning that this was a possibility and without any recognition that we had that afternoon travelled 300 miles from the north east of England in order to make the 7.30am admissions time the next morning. Absolutely disgusted with the way we were treated and the fact that the appointment department didn't even have the decency to apologise or express any level of sympathy with our circumstances. My son was so upset he wanted to go straight home that evening. So well done Royal Free.
