"Urgent referral taking too long"

About: Ashford Hospital / Ophthalmology

Was referred by my specialist to be seen urgently on 28 July. 7 weeks later still nothing heard from them. Appointments centre staff are unhelpful and fob me off. What part of urgent do they not understand. Am off work and awaiting surgery which this hospital are delaying.
