"Hopeless !"

My 88 yr old father has been in this hospital for 6 weeks now, 3 of them waiting for an endoscopy and has still to get a date for this. During this time he has lost over 2 stone in weight and is thoroughly depressed at being kept in isolation and having received no treatment for his constant diarrohea.

The Ward staff appear to be doing as much as possible but management wise the place is an absolute joke !

You complain at a lack of beds yet are quite happy to keep a patient in for this length of time awaiting treatment all be it moving him around 5 or 6 times.

I will be escalating this to an official complaint within the next 48 hours should nothing be done , All in all the management of this hospital is nothing short of pathetic
