"These two ladies are a real credit to hairmyres and the NHS"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

I had to take my grandson to the hospital after a BMX accident despite the level of patients waiting we were seen quickly by two nurses (Gayner and Jill) there level of commitment and caring was second to none. he was passed quickly to x ray and upon return was quickly diagnosed with a bone in his foot again he was quickly treated and given advice on how to manage his injury.

These two ladies are a real credit to hairmyres and the NHS thank you

Dear Coyw

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your recent experience in the Emergency department. I hope your grandson is recovering well after his accident. Both Gaynor and Jill will be delighted to read your comments. Attending the ED can be an anxious time for anyone especially children and t is important to privide prompt care and attention.

I will ensure your comments are shared with both nurses and the wider team. Thank you again.

I wish your grandson a speedy recovery

Kind regards

Lise
