"Colorectal surgery and followup appointments cancelled"

I had colorectal surgery this year in June at the Horton hospital Banbury. Following the surgery I was given an 8 week checkup appointment at John Radcliffe hospital oxford under Dr Cunningham, this has been cancelled 3 times already. As my appointment has been cancelled I have not had any checkup at all, I am living with a Seton to help repair a annul fistula which is very uncomfortable and depressing. I have found it very difficult to come to terms with having this for 3 months and now due to the cancellations it would seem I will be living with it for at least 5/6 months until I can get to see the specialist to discuss my next operation and for it to be referred and an appointment date given for my next operation. Meanwhile I am unable to excersise, I am a mother of 4 children so extremely busy. This is not acceptable and causing me much bigger psychological problems than the physical ones I already have. Can someone please advise who I can complain to.
