"My daughter giving birth to her son"

(as a relative),

My daughter was treated with such respect & kindness in the medway birthing suit by everyone. She was supported & so was her partner & I every step of the way, my grandson was born in a peaceful calm person centered atmosphere as she had asked for.

After the birth she had complications & needed emergency surgery they responded quickly & calmly, she was seen on a Sunday night by a wonderful surgical team that explained everything & went to theater quickly. Her fears were reduced because they supported us all every step of the way.

She recovered quickly & I cannot thank them enough it was an emotional roller coaster but they calmed our fears all the way.

Thank you for your words of praise about the staff who helped your daughter deliver your grandson.

I was pleased to read that staff remained professional and calm througout making the experience as positive as it could be during a difficult time.

I hope you all go on to enjoy many memories together.
