What I liked

Upon arrival for appointments I was seen to very quickly and due to the nature of my condition, all was kept secluded and private

What could be improved

I was not given any information about my condition, the consultant I saw was unapproachable and not prepared to listen to me. Test results or treatment was not explained to me - I had to do all my own research on the internet which as I am not a medical person, was open to interpretation. I had a potentially serious condition and was left worried sick for over 2 months
