"Excellent care from out of hours GP"

Follow a very frustrating call to NHS 111 service, I was contacted within 5 mins by the out of hours

GP service based at Westbourne and encouraged to come in as soon as possible. The care I received from the initial telephone call to arriving and seeing the doctor was faultless and I felt respected, listened to and fully supported with decisions about treatment.

A huge thank you to the whole team.
