"Marvellous and friendly care"

Thank you to everyone in diagnostics and imaging, bed management, theatre management, elective care admissions, the surgical team, catering, cleaning and the staff on Ward 11. You have looked after my Dad so well. We all felt informed every step of the way and we were treated with dignity and respect. The one thing that really stands out is that every single person we met along the way was nice. It made us feel relaxed and calm. Thank you very much to everyone. I've tried to list you all, but there are plenty of people behind the scenes who deserve thanks also. You certainly all live up to the values that we saw on posters on the wall. Fantastic.
