"Really fantastic"

About: Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre

Such warm, friendly and very professional staff. Only slight criticism if there was one was slight lack of pre-op information.... Also bed linen was not soft therefore not comfortable and made me crave my own bed ! Was also given survey to do when I was still groggy so didn't want to bother with it!

Just had follow up call to make sure I was all ok which was much appreciated. Would thoroughly recommend Shepton hospital.

At SMTC, we strive to provide a high quality and patient focussed service and by being informed where elements of that service has not achieved the desired outcome, we can review our current practices and implement improvements.

If you would care to make contact with me so I can obtain further details regarding the procedure you underwent, I can review the pre op information that is being sent to see what improvements need to be made and to assess where patient's are being asked to complete the survey when they are not recovered enough to do so. With regards to the bed linen, I am afraid this is how it comes from the NHS laundry and is beyond our control.
