I arrived at the accident and emergency department with a bad knee, the receptionist staff completely ignored me for a couple of minutes and were just chatting amongst themselves. The nurse who took my details was very arrogant. The doctor was very polite and respectful. Also the guys in the X-Ray team were fantastic. The physio on duty was very condescending. Although I was very polite and respectful, the physio had the opposite attitude. So thank you very much doctor and the X-Ray team however the nurse and the physio need to work on their customer service skills and display some basic manners.
