Visited A&E with are 2 week old babe after been advised to go by 111 only to be left waiting from half 9 till half 11 with not been seen. So I unthinkably interrupted the receptionist on the front desk from watching their videos and them having to take their ear phones out to tell me to just go to the doctors in the morning needless to say we left fuming and my daughter still not seen to
"Very poor"
