"Good support network"

I am a client in St Georges Park and the support that I get from one resource is unreal and that support network is called patient involvement team. When ever I need some one to talk to or help me with to sort out any problems they are there to guide me. They are my rock and a life saver. I think it is a crying shame that the so called professionals did not take to this. I think they are meant to but do not. I wonder why they get away with this when they are meant to be client focused.
