Received my appointment but needed to change the date.
Have tried over ten times to contact "appointments" using phone number provided (option 2) and cut off every time, have also tried over five times to speak with a Secretary (option 3), but message just says no one available and cuts you off again.
Not only is this time consuming but the phone bill just keeps increasing..........is there any wonder that appointments get missed if people are unable to contact someone to reschedule!
