"Excellent diabetic services"

After having suffered dreadfully from diabetes complications, I was seen in the diabetic clinic after the bank holiday weekend. From start to finish I was there for nearly 3 hours, and can I just say how very thorough and outstanding the team are. Reception staff were pleasant and efficient, the health care workers who took my height, weight, bloods, etc; were lovely, the dr was fab, the specialist nurse was fab, the dietician was lovely....all in all, a very reassuring and positive experience was had. With the NHS bring stretched as far as it is, I cannot fault this department whatsoever and am full of nothing but praise for them. Well done to the team...you may not always feel it yourselves when you're so overworked, but you do a brilliant job and really do make a difference to people's lives. Thank you
