This lady has no problems with services. After being fit for years, last week she needed an ambulance twice, and was taken to A & E. The first time she was taken to Tameside Hospital and the second time to Stepping Hill. She said she received prompt, caring treatment, including fitting of a catheter, at both places.
She said that the staff worked very hard.
