I have had 4 or 5 appointments with my care coordinator where they have not bother to turn up and no reason given or phone call to say they were not coming. I have not seen my care coordinator in about 3 months. I have seen a doctor who I told I was suffering from hallucination and hearing a voice, the doctor said don't worry it has happened before, that is not point because of I became suicidal. I have rung the switchboard about 12 times and asked if I could speak to my care coordinator and I am told they the ring my back but it never happens. I have lost confidence in their ability to look after my mental health problems and I am considering stopping medication the gave me because of loss of trust and confidence.
