What I liked

The Reg on call found the time to speak with me

What could be improved

Back nursing care. As a registered nurse myself I was extremely disappointed to see a supposedly qualified nurse taking a BP with an inappropriate cuff, it was too small and the nurse asked my relative to hold it on with her hand thus making the BP reading completely useless, Call bell inoperable making it difficult for my relative to inform staff that she needed pain relief

Staff completely disinterested abpout basic nursing care wound dresing changes hygiene needs etc.

Anything else?

As I trained at TGH many years ago and was pround of the standard of care delivered to my patients I ma extremely disappointed with the level of care offered to my relative. I understand the pressures on the nursing staff but to just not care is wrong
