"Avoid This Physiotherapy Clinic If Possible"

Very disorganised and unprofessional.

This place urgently requires serious quality control and improvement.

One therapist made inappropriate and extremely prejudice comments multiple times throughout the session.

I have never experienced anything so hostile from a medical professional anywhere else in the world.

It was my first NHS physic therapy experience, and it was very unsettling.

Very poor quality from the department handling appointment making.

Phone calls were not answered (line switched off) 20 minutes before the end of a normal work day.

Due to internal mistake, my appointment was messed up completely and I was asked to go there again in the following week.

It's complete waste of time and money.

There is not enough quality control, and obviously they need better management on many aspects of their operations and service delivery.
