"No doctor at 18:00"

About: City Care Centre

I arrived at PCC at 18:00 on 6/9/2015 having fallen and hurt my shoulder. I was informed that "as it was quiet, the doctor has gone home -they live in Spalding." I was told to go to A&E. I thought the point of Care Centres was to take pressure off A&E! I was eventually diagnosed with a fractured shoulder.
