"Left feeling forgotten and ignored."

I have been involved with access Sefton on two occasions now, on both instances I've had the exact same experience. Firstly, the employment support they offer is poor, I was promised weekly emails with job vacancies and one on one meetings monthly or so to discuss how things are going. I've never had one of these follow up appointments on either time working with them and I received two email of vacancies over a 5 month period. When approached by me to sort this out I received an apology and a promise of more help and never received it.

As for the counselling support, in total over both occasions I've not had a single session, being on a waiting list for at least 4 months each time, then moving onto another waiting list after "deciding I want counselling over CBT", I got referred for counselling from my doctor an it took them 4 months to check this information. They messed up here and put me down for CBT anyway and it was here I have up again, they tried telling me I elected for CBT over coucelling and wouldn't accept their mistake, they were trying to put me onto a new waiting list because of "my own mistake" and now I'm left feeling confused, upset and I genuinely feel like I'm never going to find help because this company have treated me the same twice and it isn't fair.
