"I was in hospital for 10 days ..."

What I liked

I was in hospital for 10 days and do not have 1 complaint. I was on Ward 3 for 4 days then Ward 4 for the rest of my stay. Everyone was so helpful, kind, caring and understanding. My operation was a great success, and my surgeon amazing, had a good sense of humour and did a amazing job on my stomach. I'm also a diabetic so i guess i was double trouble, but everyone looked after me so well, even when i was having hypos constantly at 3.30 a.m. The cleaners do a wonderful job and never stop working. The nursing staff on both wards are superb and can not do enough for you. Anybody going for plastic surgery at The Royal Preston, trust me you have nothing to worry about, everything was exceptional.

What could be improved

On the day you are admitted everyone must be given the same time to arrive, so you could have a long wait for a bed, 6 hours me, but please do not let this put you off as it was well worth the wait.

Anything else?

I will never be as worried at having a operation again, all the staff made it so very easy. 10 out of 10.
