What I liked
I have had to attend the A&E department twice for relatively minor injuries. Both times I have been seen and dealt with quickly and been treated with respect and courtesy by staff.
What could be improved
The only critism I have is at the time, all they had available in the minor injuries area was hard plastic chairs. I did not mind having to wait a hour for the doctor (as stated- minor ailment!) but a more comfortable chair would have been appreciated!
