"Very impressed"

I visited the clinic for a walk in ecg referral, and bloods. There was no wait time for the ecg. I wish I knew the physicians name because they were great. Helpful, polite, reassuring and really knew their stuff. They were fine with my child being there and was very professional and caring. I had a short wait for bloods, no big deal and for the first time in any surgery they located a vein instantly and they were done. I am so grateful for the nhs. I had a doctors appointment in Brixton at 11. By midday I'd had an ecg in streatham and bloods taken shortly after, and I would classify myself as a not too urgent case. All done, without cost, and all done with courtesy and professionalism. Thank you staff, sometimes I think people comment when they're annoyed, but I want to make sure you hear the positive, from the many people like me who are very grateful for what you do.
