"Consultation only"

Only went for a consultation after a bletharoplasty done elsewhere had left me in pain and discomfort . .. with supposedly one of there top eye surgeons, who yawned all the way through my consultation had a quick look seemed disinterested in my problem and put it down to blocked tear ducts ,total waste of my time and money .

Now after seeing a specialised through the NHS I have been properly diagnosed as having nerve damage, eyelid malposition, lagophthalmos and one eye does not close properly due to this.

I also contacted them several times to put their findings in writing for my doctor and they never did perhaps they were just too tired!
