"Out patients is the worst I've ever encountered"

About: Edgbaston Hospital

Would struggle to say anything positive about the out patients department. Waiting times that would make the front page of the tabloids if it were in the NHS. Trying to get a Physio appointment was a nightmare and had to go to another practice.

Many thanks for bringing this to my attention. Currently we can offer appointments within 24 hours, this can however fluctuate in busy periods although our target of being able to offer an appointment within 72 hours are rarely exceeded. I would welcome you to contact our Physiotherapy manager Helen Robinson on 0121 446 1550 with your comments so that this matter can be looked into for you.
