"Excellent phlebotomist"

Took a young learning disabled adult for a repeat blood test today, after a previously bad experience. He was initially nervous but was bled by a member of staff whose approach, towards him and infection control, was exemplary! He didn't feel a thing and his sample was collected without any pain or distress. A huge thank-you to the member of staff. I'm sure he won't be refusing such tests after today's, stress free experience.
