"A and e doctors just do not listen"

About: City Hospital / Accident and emergency

I have a ongoing urology problem that unfortunately someone took fast track away to d17 I have to come through a and e my god trying to get to see the relevant people is a massive no no once you get to a and e that I'm seriously thinking of not bothering anymore and going elsewhere! Why aren't I allowed to see the relevant people to my on going problem that my consultant is aware of?
