What I liked
I found the triage nurse a bit rude and i was not the only person. Also I found one nurse on the Elizabeth Ward very very rude and uncaring towards me and my partner. But I do think the majority of staff do a great job as they seem to be understaffed and lack the facilities they need to do there job.
What could be improved
More staff, better training for bed side manner, maybe comment cards next to the comment box and a serious rethink to closures of local A and E's.
