"Home today...thank God. What an ordeal..."

As you can see I am generally disappointed with service....I am from a caring profession background and feel that vulnerable ppl should be treated a lot better. My input into managing a chronic illness for over 20 years should be respected. I have been been in hospital ..mainly on this ward every year for 7 years... Not much has improved in care at all although everything is computerised. Just asked all 6 ladies in ward with me would they call their care excellent ...from all was a resounding no. All have had problems and feel care is below what it should be. One , like myself, is a frequent visitor to get help and is worried about complaining because she might end up waiting longer for painkillers etc and believe me you wait long enough as it is so we smile and thank ppl for their help when really we are disappointed and at their mercy.
