"Great opp poor aftercare in the ward .seal 1..."

About: Broadgreen Hospital

I went in for a rotor cuff repair two weeks ago to broadgreen. My opp went very well my thanks to all the staff on the first day. My problems started after my opp when they took me to seal 1. Due to the pain I was getting my one day stay turned into a four day one.i had problems getting the right pain medications off them or water or any ice for my shoulder. I found in the main there attertude was one of don't interrupt me or what do you want looks from them.they all seem to camp round the main desk and only leave to check on patents when it's on there list to tick. My ward doctor that came round was sound and understanding ,many thanks. The other staff seem to be running a ...get them out of here system and don't seem to have there hearts in the job bar for two in total. The stand out horror was a member of staff that came round and would shout at you for your meal order. They were way ahead of the others for being unfriendly. In short, I was very clad to get home even with the incorrect meds .hope I don't ever go back ...but if I do I will know what to expect.
