What I liked
I was a patient on Delamare ward where I found all the staff to be highly professional, caring very nice people. They worked well together as a team so I received the specialist care that I needed but did not feel like a parcel being passed around. I particularly appreciated the time they took to explain things to me and that they asked my permission before starting a procedure.
What could be improved
The hospital building would benefit from some 'health care'
