"not an A and E !!!!!"

Son rushed to this hospital on bank holiday Monday after suffering a bad accident, my son was left sitting waiting to be seen going into shock bleeding and teeth hanging out, The receptionist handed me a booking in form to fill in which I couldn't do because I was shaking so much my main priority at this time was my son I explained that I couldn't do it at that moment and went to hand it back so I could keep my son warm (he had been in water) to which their response was to tut at me (very upsetting) However seen quickly the nurse we saw was lovely and very caring but this hospital is not equipped for such emergencies we were told to find a dentist ourselves eventually gave up and rushed him to Hull Royal Infirmary where my son received prompt emergency care well done HRI
