"30 years and not once unhappy"

(as the patient),

I would like to commend The Fullerton Medical Practice. I have been a patient with them for over 30 years now and not once have I been unhappy with the way I have been treated either by the reception staff or the medical staff. Appointments can always ve found for emergencies. Someone can always phone for a bit of reassurance or to suggest next step. Thank you all.
