I would like to say thank you for helping me & others. Ever since I have suffered with anxiety and low mood its made me want to help other too and I have found myself doing this. Staff have been lovely and again I thank them. I hope after doing this it makes me more of a better person, or, my old self - how I used to be before I suffered.
For example I recently had a horrific time - arguing, everything going wrong, stressful crying etc. I took myself upstairs put in my earphones and practiced mindfulness. I would never have done that before.
