"Outpatient appointment"

This afternoon I visited Newmarket Hospital for the first time, firstly to find the car park was free was a surprise, the receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the nurse who was in reception at the time took me personally to the clinic. The nurse was very apologetic that I had to wait, we were early anyway. It wasn't a problem. The diagnosis was made and treatment immediate. Thank you all so much for your kindness and treatment.
