"Review of Centre for Fetal Care"

About: Queen Charlotte's Hospital

This is a tricky one because the doctors and nurses are superb - working under pressure and in sometimes less than ideal scenarios, however I have to visit the centre for fetal care once every 4 weeks and I dread arriving every time because the reception staff at CFC are the rudest I have ever come across.

There is no need to be especially unhelpful or rude, yet they are the worst in the hospital.

By contrast, if this were a review for any other areas of QCCH, such as the early pregnancy unit, the review would be 5 stars, and the ultrasound team are also excellent.

It is such a shame that during high risk pregnancies where CFC has to be involved, the reception staff do nothing to ease what is already a stressful time.
