"No medical practitioners"

Rang before we came, arrived at 6.15 and was told we had a 30 min wait. The centre was empty and after some time I questioned the receptionist about the wait time and was informed that there was no nurse in until 7am. This is a 24 hour service and we rang before we came, it would have been useful to have this information when I called. I asked weather i could see the doctor but was informed the doctor was busy on the phone ! Not sure why this is called the urgent care centre. The nurse arrived late which only added to the distress !
