"Awful"

I've never felt so disrespected! Left feeling like I lied about how I feel, dreadful staff I have no idea how these people work they can't even get my name or date of birth correct dispife being told several times. Horrid unregulated service, I'm proud of the NHS but this service makes me go want to go private. Here's hoping the CQC caches up with them sometime soon
